Overview

showspring.com is operated by Overdigital LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Overdigital," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this website, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. showspring.com is the public, early-access marketing site for Showspring, an independent AI production studio for episodic shows.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run advertising networks, affiliate tracking, or behavioral retargeting on this site.

About the Showspring app. This policy covers the showspring.com website only. The Showspring application at app.showspring.com is a separate product. Any data you provide inside the app, and any content you create with it, is governed by the separate terms and notices presented to you there, not by this policy.

Information We Collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-KT1VRFWYQQ) with IP anonymization enabled to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects pages viewed, approximate location (country and city level, derived from a truncated IP address), browser and device type, and referral source. It uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish returning visitors. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy; you can opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Contact and early-access form

If you submit the contact or early-access form, we collect the information you provide: your email address (required), and optionally your name, your show or studio name, and your message. To prevent spam and abuse, our form backend also records the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission and applies rate limiting. We use this information to reply to you and to keep you posted about Showspring early access. Submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, and user-agent). These are used only for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing technical issues, and are retained for a short period (generally up to 30 days).

Embedded video

Episode showcases on this site are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. If you play an embedded video, YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Accounts

The showspring.com website does not create user accounts. Some pages may be access-gated by a shared passphrase, but no personal login or account profile is created on this site.

The only cookies this site may set are Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) described above. The site itself sets no other cookies.

Contact-form submissions: retained until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
